- Dealing with HR & IR.
- Dealing with workmen union. Negotiation & bargaining with the union time to time as required. Preparation of COD and Settlement.
- Grievance handling and Industrial Dispute redress. Dealing with employee union and different village committees.
- Responsible for the statutory compliance with regulatory bodies viz: Factory Dept. PF, ESIC, Labour Dept. Dealing with various Industrial Labour Laws & Acts, etc
- Liasioning with Govt. Officials, viz: PCB, CGWB, F&B, Labour Dept., etc.
- Recruitment and selection. Induction of employee above manager level.
- Time Keeping, Leave Management, Salary Administration, General Administration.
- Fixation of Job Analysis, Employee engagement, Employee Life Cycle.
- Compensation and Benefit: To Develop Compensation & Payroll Policy, Grade Pay structure, Competitive pay & benefit analysis, Analysis of per unit labor cost. Managing work hour & Over time.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A. As Per Industry Standards
