 Job description :

1) Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions of all site locations and Corporate Office employees.
2) Compute wages and deductions, and enter data into computers.
3) Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments.
4) Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
5) Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process.
6) Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans.
7) Complete time sheets showing employees' arrival and departure times.
8) Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts, and submit them to appropriate departments.
9) All SAP related Work like
a) Correction related to process to be corrected and provide proper solution.
b) Coordination with Functional Consultant for SAP related issues.
c)Update concerned employee by providing SAP training of different T Code.
Manage the accuracy of data to be updated in SAP and correct it as and when it needed.
d) Manage LSMW recording (New recording , Rerecording)
e) Responsible for all Salary related function, (PF,ESIC, PTax applicability and its configuration)
